EPD-WE - Energy and Potential Differential for Work Excellence

EPD-WE workshop explores the different forms of energy we possess – physical, pranic, menta

l, intellectual and spiritual. The workshop systematically examines all the issues related to obtaining and making the best use of every form of energy so that the work quality improves and so does the quality of life. It is the energy and its transfer that constitute our life experiences.

EPD-WE workshop consists of six modules (each requires 90-120 minutes):

  • Retrieving Energy: Better breathing practices tap the food energy to its fullest capacity, meaning that the food we eat should make us feel light and energetic.
  • Reviving Energy: Regulated breathing transmits the gross food energy into the subtler forms.
  • Replenishing Energy: Simple short relaxation replenishes the mind energy after an overworked session.
  • Enjoying Energy: Besides Energy (E), higher Potential Differential (Δ) leads to positive transfer of energy – necessary condition to make an experience pleasant.
  • Five Energy Vessels: We have five types of energy stored in that many vessels. Inner forms of E play increasingly more important role.
  • Traversing Inward for Enjoyment and Excellence: A comprehensive strategy to translate the five types of E and Δ into excellence in work quality and enjoyment.

Each module includes theory and a brief relaxation session that is practical enough for the work place. Discussions become interactive and participative by employing a simple quiz in-between a module.

Medi-Sleep

Medi-Sleep - Enjoying Sleep and Moving Towards Meditation

Sleep gives us the desired relaxation to both the domains of ours, namely, the body and mind, at the end of the day. We feel refresh and energetic next morning. It’s a wonderful experience though we are quite unaware of what we go through during the sleep. We do not have any real time taste of this experience. Meditation is a step beyond sleep when we can make a short and efficient intervention at our will to boost our energy content.

Sleep is enjoyed by one and all – humans and other species. It comes to us as a default. We can live our life in a positive manner to even qualify for the benefits of meditation over and above that of sleep. On the other hand, one may even lose the benefits of sleep if he/she lives miserably.
