Excerpt: We make postulates, conjectures, hypothesis and theories. Do we make laws too? Probably, no. We discover the laws that exist. The laws of the nature govern the material realm of the universe. Our understanding of such laws has helped us in varying degrees to improve the quality of life. Could there be a law governing the conscious beings in universe? If there exists such a law then its understanding will greatly help us make best use of the human life. We refer to such a law as the Law of Karma.
